Tour Description:

Embark on a 7-day guided trekking adventure through Iceland's dramatic highlands, a region of extraordinary beauty and stark contrasts. This tour takes you off the beaten path to explore geothermal springs, ancient lava fields, glacial valleys, and colorful rhyolite mountains.

Day 1: Arrival in Reykjavik and tour briefing. Spend the evening exploring Iceland's vibrant capital.
Day 2: Journey to Landmannalaugar, the gateway to the Highlands. Start your trek with a hike through the colorful hills and steaming hot springs.
Day 3-4: Traverse black sand deserts, cross glacial rivers, and marvel at the volcanic landscapes, including the Hekla volcano. Rest at cozy mountain huts each night.
Day 5-6: Trek through Thórsmörk valley, surrounded by glacier-carved peaks and lush greenery. Visit the breathtaking Eyjafjallajökull glacier.
Day 7: Return to Reykjavik for a farewell lunch and some free time to explore before departure.
