Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your tour, you can request a refund subject to our cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellation by FPTDC Ltd: If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be fully refunded for the tour cost.

Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure: If you cancel your tour more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the tour price.
Between 15 and 30 days before departure: If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the tour price.
Less than 15 days before departure: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after the request is approved.
